A windows 10 Mobile App to assist and to identify a children with color blind symptom through speech recognation approach. In the meantime, the application can only recognize numbers in English. The application recognize the speech in offline mode. In this research, speech recognition systems developed using CMUSphinx and trained using a limited dataset. At the application level , PocketSphinx library is used and it is useful as speech recognizer on mobile platforms. For further research, recognizer system in Bahasa Indonesia will be developed so that it can recognize the numbers offline in Bahasa.
